Roundtable discussion Lisbon Regions Network (LRN) [25 november 2008]

Target: Mapping the different levels of participation and governance structures that have been put in place at national level within the Renewed Lisbon Agenda.
Result: The results of the consultation and the inputs of the roundtable will be collected in a Report that the LRN will submit to EU key interlocutors.

Open Days 2010 [4 -7 October 2010]

Target: In 2010, the Open Days will concentrate on three key themes: competitiveness, co-operation and cohesion. As in previous years, the regions and cities have divided themselves into thematic partnerships. Randstad Region will be part of the conglomerate "Bringing Europe 2020 Beyond GDP". Other partner regions are Stockholm Region, Navarra Region, Malopolska Region, Lviv Region, and West Ireland & Municipality of Ljubljana.


Result: The partnership will organise two workshops on 5 ocotber in the premises of the Stockholm Region. The first with the title "Europe 2020 - Achieving Local and Regional ownership", aimed to analyse the territorial ownership of the Europe 2020 strategy. The second with the title "Beyond GDP - Challenges for Europe's cities and regions" with the objective to look towards new models and indicators for sustainable territorial development.
